Collection of 4 autograph notes signed, a note signed, and 2 autograph postcards signed, 7pp, 8vo and 12mo, Boars Hill, Chiswell, near Oxford, 22 April 1916 through 25 April 1925, with one envelope. To Thomas Wright, founder of the Blake Society, primarily concerning Bridges' membership: "[22 Apr. 1916] . . . I shd be glad to do anything to honour Wm Blake and shd like to belong to your society. But I do not mean to send any money to any literary society till this war is over; so that if my becoming a V.P. means a subscription, I must defer. . . . "; "[15 June, n.y.] . . . I am sorry that I do not see any likelihood of my being at the meeting of the Blake Society on July 8th. I shall hope to make use of my membership after the war."; "[11 Apr. 1922] I am enclosing a T. note for 10/. to pay my subscrptn to the Blake Society. I am sorry that I give you so much trouble. It may be best to make this 10/ cover two years if you cannot otherwise enter it on your books."; "[26. Jan. 1927] I much want a good autograph of the late Sir Wm Richmond. I am sure that you must have letters from him among the papers of the Blake Society. . . . I will return any papers that you entrust to me. . . .
